Terms & Conditions

The rules that apply when you use our website and work with Ebuzzify.

Last updated: October 7, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to https://ebuziffy.online and any related communication, proposals, or services provided by Ebuzzify (“Ebuzzify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing our website, contacting us, accepting a proposal, or paying for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or engage our services.

Where a signed proposal, statement of work, or contract exists, that document controls for the specific project. These Terms fill gaps and apply to website use and general engagement practices.

Website use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, disrupt the site, scrape content in an abusive way, upload malware, or use our materials to misrepresent a relationship with Ebuzzify. We may suspend access if we believe misuse is occurring.

Content on the website — text, images, logos, layouts, and case descriptions — is protected by intellectual property laws. You may browse and share links for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy our site design, rewrite our pages as your own marketing, or reuse our visuals without written permission.

No public pricing commitment

Ebuzzify does not publish fixed service prices on the website. Any examples, ranges, or past project references are illustrative only. Actual fees depend on scope, timeline, complexity, and deliverables defined in a written proposal. A conversation, WhatsApp chat, or form submission does not create a binding price or delivery obligation until both parties accept a proposal or contract.

Proposals and project scope

After discovery, we may issue a proposal describing objectives, deliverables, assumptions, timeline estimates, responsibilities, and commercial terms. Timelines are estimates based on timely client feedback, content supply, and access to accounts or systems. Delays in approvals, copy, brand assets, or third-party access can extend delivery dates without fault on our side.

Out-of-scope requests — new features, extra pages, additional ad accounts, or redesign rounds beyond what was agreed — may require a change order and adjusted fees or schedule. We will flag scope changes as soon as we identify them so you can decide how to proceed.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and materials you own or are licensed to use (logos, photos, product data, login credentials where needed). You are responsible for securing permissions for content you supply. You also confirm that your instructions do not require us to violate law or third-party rights.

If project progress depends on your review and you do not respond within the review window stated in the proposal (or within a reasonable time if none is stated), we may pause the project or adjust milestones. Extended silence may require a restart fee if team capacity has been reallocated.

Payments

Payment schedules are defined in each proposal — commonly a deposit to begin and milestone or completion payments afterward. Work may pause if invoices remain unpaid beyond the stated due date. Fees already paid for completed work or reserved capacity are generally non-refundable unless the proposal says otherwise or applicable law requires a different outcome.

Taxes, bank charges, or platform fees may apply depending on payment method and jurisdiction. You are responsible for amounts required on your side of the transaction.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment of fees due for a project phase or completed engagement, you receive ownership of custom deliverables expressly assigned in the proposal (for example final website theme files created for you, brand assets designed for you, or campaign creatives produced for you), subject to any third-party licenses.

Ebuzzify retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, internal templates, know-how, and methodologies. We may reuse non-confidential techniques across projects. Unless you opt out in writing, we may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing after launch, without revealing confidential business data.

Third-party services

Projects often rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, Google, Meta, WhatsApp, analytics tools, payment gateways, or cloud vendors. Their terms apply separately. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or pricing changes by those platforms, though we will help you respond reasonably when such issues affect a project we manage.

Marketing results disclaimer

Digital marketing and product performance depend on many factors outside our sole control — market conditions, competition, ad platform algorithms, product quality, pricing, sales follow-up, and seasonal demand. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, revenue numbers, or app-store outcomes unless a proposal explicitly states a guaranteed metric in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential business information received during a project reasonably secure and not disclose it to unrelated third parties, except to team members or vendors who need it to perform work and are bound by confidentiality obligations, or where disclosure is legally required. This does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or already known without duty of confidence.

Warranties and limitation of liability

We provide services with reasonable professional care. Website content and free resources are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ebuzzify’s total liability arising from a project or website use is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project as allowed in the proposal. If you terminate early, you remain responsible for fees for work performed and non-cancellable costs already incurred. Upon termination and payment of outstanding amounts, we will hand over completed paid deliverables in a reasonable format.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in the competent jurisdiction connected to Sargodha / Punjab shall have authority, unless a proposal specifies another venue. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for website use. Project contracts already signed remain governed by their original terms unless both parties agree otherwise.
